Fiddlers Green Irish Pub in Jena

I have loved going there for years, if only for the cheesecake liqueur! The selection of different drinks like whiskey, beer, wine etc. is really big. You can really try it out or have something recommended. The service has always been friendly so far. If you feel like it, you can play darts upstairs. Live music takes place regularly. The ambience is typically rustic and invites you to linger. Sitting outside is also possible. It can happen that it is full at a later hour on the weekend.

Today it worked with the beer ... it works. 😋

Unfortunately we were not served. At the beginning we waited 10 minutes until a waitress served the next table and said to us that she would come back immediately, when she still did not come 10 minutes later we left. A shame because the bar looks really nice and we would have liked to have stayed longer.

Massively corona vaccinated, unfriendly staff .... What a shame we were looking forward to a delicious beer

A romantic place

Great pub with 8 different beers on tap and more from the bottle. You can bring your own food, there are snacks for little money and even the dog was allowed in, who was given a bowl of water, so that everyone had something to drink. Served here in the pitcher is a great thing and saves a lot of money, especially since it can be divided well with several. We always found a place.

On average, every two weeks I'm there to sit around nice and very friendly staff that hardly changes and a very competent helps. Unfortunately, the real candles were replaced by LED candles (the bottles with the candle drops were great as an ambiance) and the music has unfortunately gotten worse in recent times. Very mixed by pop, b hit and other and very fast change from one genere to another. Should not it be Irish music in an Irish pub?

They have Bier and Irish music. What else do you expect to have a good time?😁😁😇

My Kellerbier was just mad. The service in the outdoor area was too rare and everything took somehow too long. Did not like it.

When they miss home the Irish steer into a pub. In Jenas Fiddlers you will find everything from darts, live music, cider to whiskey. It's not very big but even more cosy. Just like a real pub on the country side. Of cause they have the other stuff as well. Rugby shirts, violines, news papers... 🤗 😎 🧚‍♀️🧝‍♂️💚🧣🍀

Great pub. English speaking staff

The staff is very nice and the bar itself is attractive. Plus the staff is very nice. Sometimes you do have to wait a bit floor your drinks though.

Well they do have a good selection of scotch and whiskey, everywhere you go in Germany has a pretty sad Rock's pour.
